Cancellations & Refunds

1. Non-Refundable: Tickets purchased during the Member Sale, Pre-sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable,

2. Event Changes: The organizer reserves the right to change event details, including date, venue, and lineup, without prior notice.

Eligibility & Membership

1. Exclusive Access: Only registered members with a valid Member Code are eligible to access members' privilege

2. Membership Validity: The Member Code must be valid at the time of purchase. Expired codes cannot be used.

3. Renewal Condition: To maintain membership for the following year, members must purchase a ticket during the Member Sale period (within 11 April 2025). Other ticket sale rounds will not be counted nor will Member privilege be able to apply

Ticket Purchase Rules (Member Sale)

1. Limited Quantity: Each Member Code allows the purchase of a maximum of 2 tickets. Each ticket must be registered under the name of the individual attending the event.

2. Non-Transferable: Tickets purchased during Member Sale are strictly non-transferable and must be used by the registered member and their guests.

3. Name Registration: The purchaser’s name must match the name on the Member Code, and ID verification may be required at entry.

4. Payment Deadline: Tickets must be paid in full within the purchase time of reservation to confirm the purchase.

5. No Resale: Reselling Member Sale tickets at a higher price is strictly prohibited and may result in membership cancellation.

1. Limited Quantity: Each Account allows the purchase of a maximum of 4 tickets. Each ticket must be registered under the name of the individual attending the event.

2. Non-Transferable: Tickets purchased during Pre-Sale are strictly non-transferable and must be used by the registered name

3. Name Registration: The purchaser’s name must match with the name on their ID card or passport, and ID card or passport verification will be required at entry.

4. Payment Deadline: Tickets must be paid in full within the purchase time of reservation to confirm the purchase.

RULE AND REGULATIONS

1. ALL TICKET TYPES ARE STANDING TICKET.

2. ALL AGES ARE WELCOME / CHILDREN HEIGHT UNDER 110 CM AND/OR CHILDREN UNDER 9

YEARS OLD (BORN AFTER 24 AUGUST 2016) GET FREE ENTRY .CHILDREN WHO QUALIFY FOR FREE ENTRY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WITH A VALID TICKET

3. ENTRY TO THE EVENT REQUIRE A SINGLE WRISTBAND THAT FUNCTIONS AS BOTH THE RFIDACCESS PASS AND TICKET TIER IDENTIFIER.

4. ATTENDEES ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THEIR E-TICKET DURING REGISTRATION. IF UNABLE TO PRESENT THE E-TICKET ELECTRONICALLY , THEY MUST BRING A PRINTED COPY . THE COMPANY RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES.

5. FOR ATTENDEES WITH A 2-DAY PASS, YOU MUST WEAR YOUR WRISTBAND ON BOTH DAYS TOENTER THE EVENT

6. IN THE CASE OF EXCHANGING A WRISTBAND, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT ONLY A 2-DAY PASS WRISTBAND CAN EXCHANGE, A REPLACEMENT CAN BE ISSUED IF THE DAMAGED ORIGINAL WRISTBAND IS PRESENTED AT THE COUNTER ALONG WITH THE PURCHASER’S ID FOR VERIFICATION. A REISSURANCE FEE OF 200 THB WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEW WRISTBAND,.

7. BRINGING OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS INTO THE HALL IS NOT ALLOWED. IF FOOD AND DRINKS ARE TAKEN OUTSIDE, THEY CANNOT BE BROUGHT BACK IN.

8. ALCOHOLIC DRINKS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED OR SOLD ONLY TO PERSONS AGED 20 OR OVER.

9. SELFIE MONOPODS, CAMERAS, VIDEO CAMERAS, GOPRO, DJI, POLAROID CAMERAS, TABLETS (WITH SCREENS OVER 7 INCHES), AND OTHER RECORDING DEVICES ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED IN THE HALL. A DEPOSIT POINT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THESE DEVICES. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE DEVICES. THEREFORE, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BRING THEM TO THE VENUE.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY , VIDEO, AND AUDIO RECORDING, AS WELL AS LIVE STREAMING ON SOCIAL MEDIA, ARE NOT ALLOWED, WHETHER BY CAMERAS, TABLETS, OR OTHER RECORDING DEVICES.

11. LIGHT STICKS OVER 30 CM, LED BANNERS, PAPER LARGER THAN A4, FANS, DOLLS OVER 30CM, FOLDING CHAIRS, MINI LADDERS, BALLOON STICKS, BALLOONS, BALLS, WHISTLES, HORNS,MEGAPHONES, LASER POINTERS, LUGGAGE BAGS, LONG UMBRELLAS, AND UMBRELLAS WITH SHARP EDGES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HALL.

12. ALCOHOL, CANNABIS, DRUGS, WEAPONS, SHARP OBJECTS, EXPLOSIVES, AND OTHER

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE EVENT. SMOKING IS ALSO PROHIBITED; PLEASE USE THE DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS.

13. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICES FOR THE STORAGE OF BELONGINGS OTHER THAN LUGGAGE BAGS. (THERE WILL BE CAMERA DEPOSIT ONLY .)

14. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO REFUND TICKETS UNDER ANY CONDITIONS, INCLUDING CHANGES TO THE LINEUP .

Attendees, please be advised that photography and videography will be conducted throughout the Summer Sonic Bangkok event to capture the atmosphere for promotional purposes across various media channels.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, kindly avoid areas where cameras are actively capturing footage.
