EVENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Admission to all Joey Yap's events (“the Event”) is strictly upon presentation of issued ticket.
2. Each ticket admits one (1) person only. No sharing of seats allowed.
3. Participants are required to register their details as per ID for the issuance of ticket(s). The organizer reserves to right to refuse admission if the name on the issued ticket does not match with the Participant’s ID.
4. Strictly no cancellations, refunds, or transfers allowed once ticket(s) have been purchased and/or issued.
5. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to your purchase of the ticket, the organizer's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for your ticket.
6. This ticket is not for re-sale and is non-exchangeable for any form of cash or credit alternative.
7. To minimize the risk of any copyright violations, audio and/or video recordings of the Event are strictly prohibited. Offenders will be required to delete the recording and leave the event immediately. Please respect the copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Please be reminded to print and bring your BaZi chart on the day of the Event; or if a printing station is available at the Seminar, you may pay RM10 to have this printed for you at the event. Prices are subject to change.
9. Free seating (within the respective zone(s), if any) on a first-come first-serve basis. Strictly no seat reservations allowed for any other person(s), either before or during the event.
10. Registration counters will open from 8.30 am on the day of the Seminar and you are advised to arrive early for registration.
11. To minimize any disruptions to the Seminar, all ticket holders are required to have registered and be seated in the Seminar venue by 10:00 am. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to those who fail to comply with this condition.
12. Participants must be at least 15 years of age. Children below the age of 15 are not admissible.
13. Dress code is Smart Casual.
14. The organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission, or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the organizer and/or deemed to be disorderly.
15. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the speaker, price, venue and/or the date of the seminar and/or relocate your seat to a different zone.
16. Neither the organizer nor the venue will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings.
